Online Booking Deposit and Payment Policies:

When booking your vacation online, your room accommodation can be reserved with $300.00 deposit for bookings with an arrival date 91 days into the future. All other arrivals  will be charged FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking. Airline tickets and Transfers require full payment at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required and will be charged to complete the booking process.

Cancellations and No Shows:

Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival will be charged a  cancellation/administrative fee of $50 per room. 

Cancellations within 30-15 days of arrival will be charged a 1 night penalty plus a $50.00 administrative fee per room. ***

                  *** For all Palm Island Resort reservations, a 3 nights penalty plus a $50 administrative fee will charged per room. 

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a 100% penalty applies.

For "No Shows," 100% penalty applies.

Certain times of the year NON-REFUNDABLE specials may be offered.

Changes in arrival date within 30 days of arrival may be allowed over off-peak periods, but is subject to availability. All changes made during these periods will be charged a $50 change fee per room. Please be advised that air tickets are subject to availability of the airline. Therefore, prevailing rates and additional change fees may be charged by the airline.

Peak Period Travel (includes Christmas & the month of February): Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Once reservation is paid, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are allowed.

It is the travelers responsibility to provide correct names as they appear on valid passports- Airline Tickets are NON-REFUNABLE once issued and are subject to change fees based on airline policy.
