Online Booking Deposit and Payment Policies: (Varies by promotion. Please refer to your "Confirmation" document.)

When booking your refundable vacation online, your room accommodation can be reserved with $300.00 deposit per person for bookings with an arrival date 46 days into the future, and Final Payment will be billed to the card on file within 45 days of arrival.** All other arrivals  will be charged FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking.

Airline tickets, Supplements, and Transfers require full payment at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required and will be charged to complete the booking process.

Please note: American Express  is not accepted at resorts. However, you can book your reservation using your American Express.

Refundable Accommodation Cancellations and No Shows Terms:

Cancellations outside of 45 days of arrival will be charged a  cancellation/administrative fee of $100.00 per room. 

Cancellations within 45-15 days of arrival will be charged a 3 nights penalty plus a $100.00 administrative fee per room. 
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a 100% penalty applies.

For "No Shows," 100% penalty applies.

Airline Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE once issued and are subject to change fees based on airline policy.

Some Supplements and Transfers are NON-REFUNDABLE once booked. Please refer to your "Confirmation" document for terms.


NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation(s)/Packages: All year NON-REFUNDABLE specials/deals may be offered. 100% penalty applies for Cancellation and No-shows on Non-Refundable bookings/reservations. Please refer to your "Confirmation" document for terms. 


Changes in arrival date within 30 days of arrival may be allowed over off-peak periods, but is subject to availability. All changes made during these periods will be charged a $50 change fee per room. Please be advised that air tickets are subject to availability of the airline. Therefore, prevailing rates and additional change fees may be charged by the airline.

Peak Period Travel (includes Christmas & the month of February): Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Once reservation is paid, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes are allowed.

It is the travelers responsibility to provide correct names as they appear on valid passports- Airline Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE once issued and are subject to change fees based on airline policy.

Note: Due to schedule changes and weather delays - We strongly request that our guests reconfirm all flights directly with confirmed airline prior to their date of travel.

Be Prepared With Proper Documentation
United States citizens are required to have a valid passport to enter or re-enter the USA via airline transportation. Visit for information on how to obtain a passport, including forms, fees, and how to locate a passport acceptance facility near you. If you need a passport in a hurry, use a passport expediting service for an additional fee. Passports to be valid at least 3 months beyond the completion of travel date. If you are not a U.S. citizen, check with the consulate of the country to which you are traveling for entry requirements.

 ** IMPORTANT: Final payment will  automatically be processed to the card on file. If you wish to use a different card,  please call us prior to the due date  at 1-800-858-4618. If you wish to change the method of payment after payment has been processed, we will happily do so for a processing fee of $100.00 (USD)
